Planning your first visit? Find answers about appointments, what to bring, and how to get in touch with our team.

What happens at my first appointment?

We discuss your concerns, relevant health history, and goals before assessing your movement and physical function. Your physiotherapist then explains the findings and recommended next steps.

Do I need a referral?

Please contact our team to check the requirements for your appointment. Referrals or approvals may be needed when accessing care through a funding scheme or compensation claim.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring any relevant referrals, scan reports, medical information, and claim or funding details. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and assessment of the affected area.

Can I enquire about WorkCover, TAC, DVA, or NDIS care?

Yes. Contact us with your claim or plan details before booking so we can confirm service suitability, funding arrangements, and any required documentation.

How many appointments will I need?

This depends on your needs, goals, assessment findings, and response to treatment. Your physiotherapist will discuss a suitable plan and review it as you progress.

Will I receive exercises to do at home?

Where appropriate, your physiotherapist may recommend exercises or practical strategies to support your care between appointments, with instructions tailored to you.

How do I book or change an appointment?

Call +61 474 709 186, email our team, or send an enquiry using the form. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible.
